📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring experience.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to support employee growth.
• Lead a team of HRGA staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
