📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all technical operations, maintenance, and infrastructure development across RedDoorz properties in Jakarta Raya.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and technologies.
• Implement and maintain building management systems (BMS) such as Honeywell or Johnson Controls.
• Ensure compliance with all technical regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the technical infrastructure of our hotels.
• Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of technical performance.
• Drive innovation in technical operations, exploring new technologies and solutions to enhance our hotels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel engineering or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical operations in a large-scale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
