- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.

- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and techniques.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and fryers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is a plus.
