📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control chemical processes using advanced equipment and software such as LabVIEW and AutoCAD.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new products.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics or advanced materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, laboratory techniques, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as LabVIEW, AutoCAD, and SAP.
• Certification in safety protocols and environmental regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
