📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.
• Manage and optimize supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in manufacturing, transportation, and logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
