As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, from planning and scheduling to quality control and maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. With your leadership, we aim to achieve our production targets and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules and work orders using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment issues and improve productivity.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Proven experience in leading and managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 9001.
