📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on the operation and maintenance of coffee machines and soft serve equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients and partners.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Educate clients on the best practices for using premium beverage ingredients to create exceptional drinks.
• Assist in the installation and setup of beverage equipment at client locations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of beverage equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the beverage sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beverage training, coffee machine operation, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of coffee machines, soft serve equipment, and beverage ingredients.
• Certification in beverage training or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the hospitality and food service industry is a bonus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
