📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of sugar plantations, ensuring optimal productivity and sustainability.
• Manage a team of agricultural experts, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor agricultural best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive project success.
• Ensure the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices, promoting environmental stewardship.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, advocating for best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural management, preferably in the sugar industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing agricultural operations with a focus on sustainability and profitability.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to drive innovation and excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools, such as ERP systems, GIS, and crop management software.
• Certification in agricultural management or a related field is a plus.
