📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and premium equipment.
• Assist customers with food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or server role, preferably in a coffee shop or similar establishment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in coffee making or hospitality a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
