📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of equipment engineers to maintain and optimize industrial equipment performance.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and diagnostics using tools like SAP and Maximo.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading engineering teams.
• Certifications in industrial equipment maintenance and safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA).
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and software tools like SAP, Maximo, and other enterprise asset management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
