📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.,Report to the regional manager on store performance and sales data.,Participate in inventory and stock-taking exercises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading a retail team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.
