The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, review, and approve structural drawings and calculations for various projects.,Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.,Oversee the structural design and construction of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.,Prepare and submit technical reports and proposals to clients and regulatory bodies.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/coordinator role.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.,Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.,Strong knowledge of building codes and standards in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required; local language proficiency is a plus.
