As a Senior Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. Your role will also involve training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist customers with product selection and purchases,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate,Process transactions and handle cash and card payments,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Train and mentor junior staff members,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role,Proven ability to work well in a team environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg,Valid ID and work permit for Boyolali, Jawa Tengah🛠️ Keahlian
