📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping services.,Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and analyze facilities performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to tenants and visitors.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, vendors, and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in facilities coordination.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating facilities and services in a high-volume environment.,Strong knowledge of facilities management software and systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
