As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and that our team members are motivated and productive. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures and that they are being followed.,Develop and implement training programs to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.,Manage the team's workload and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.,Handle any employee relations issues that may arise, ensuring that they are resolved in a fair and professional manner.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the team's goals are aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and plan for the future.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-related environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed, including to Majalengka for meetings and events.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
