📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and execution.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best products and services at competitive prices.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Monitor and control procurement spending to ensure it aligns with budgetary constraints.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
