📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facilities.,Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities.,Support the management team in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related fields.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hotel operations and industry standards.,Knowledge of basic computer applications and software.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
