📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MEP systems with production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on MEP best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP work, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
