📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.,Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
