Bidang Maya Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.,Develop and implement menu strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Work closely with the clinic management to integrate restaurant operations with overall business goals.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing and promotional strategies.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
