📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for our projects.,Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers in the team.,Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure that mechanical systems and components are integrated with other aspects of the project.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice on mechanical systems and components.,Oversee the procurement and installation of mechanical systems and components.,Ensure that all mechanical systems and components meet relevant safety and regulatory requirements.,Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.,Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software, such as ANSYS or ABAQUS.,Experience with mechanical systems and components, such as pumps, compressors, and valves.,Strong project management skills, with experience leading and managing engineering projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of engineers and other stakeholders.
