Central Star Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a proven track record of success in managing complex logistics projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics coordinators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible rates and terms for logistics services.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to logistics and supply chain management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with overall business objectives.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of logistics operations and any potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.,Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus.
