NOVA Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Staff to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Oversee daily cash transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate supplies of currency and coins.,Train and develop junior cashiers to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to cash handling.,Participate in inventory management and reconciliation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling and customer service roles.,Proven track record of leadership and team management experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with cash handling software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.,Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
