📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic academic plans to ensure the continuous improvement and excellence of our tuition programs.
• Oversee the curriculum development process, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with educators and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching standards, providing feedback and support to instructors as needed.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the academic team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and educational partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in education to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of academic professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, or instructional design.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing academic strategies and improving student outcomes.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and best practices, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational assessment platforms.
