📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage and monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with the finance team and other departments.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
