📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' premises to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes professionally.
• Update client records and maintain accurate documentation using SAP and Salesforce.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow up on non-payment cases and escalate as necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt recovery or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
