📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local retailers and consumers in Bali.
• Visit shops and engage in sales pitches to drive product awareness and sales.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability in the region.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the regional sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
