📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in setting and achieving sales targets,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product procurement,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
