📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist nurses in providing patient care and support.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by the nursing staff.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid certification or license as an Assistant Nurse.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
