Gold Town Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage logistics and ensure the smooth operation of our fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and vendors.,Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Track and manage vehicle usage and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, including maintenance, repairs, and usage.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, ensuring they are aware of company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
