📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
