📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation coordination.
  • Ensure that all products are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
  • Provide training and support to the logistics team to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on coordination and management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs, as well as international trade and logistics practices.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
