📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to, microbiological, chemical, and physical tests.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, ensuring they meet professional and safety standards.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure all tests meet regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory results into broader business processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record in leading laboratory teams.,Certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance (e.g., ISO, GMP, or GLP).,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven experience in regulatory compliance and quality control.,Strong communication and leadership skills.
