As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and performance,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends,Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance and business development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or business development field,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
