📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Proven ability to manage and motivate staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
