Hub Den Berjaya is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.,Assist in promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Familiarity with cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
