📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Support the company's organizational development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Experience in training and development activities.
