Rejeki Jaya Auto Service is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Track vehicle usage and performance, and report on any issues or concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all safety and environmental regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
