Prime Glow Pratama is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and meeting customer needs, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and prospects in the assigned territory.,Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to meet those needs.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.,Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Manage and update sales reports and forecasts.,Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a competitive industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
