📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of production equipment.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards.,Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of raw materials.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in production planning and scheduling activities.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or operational role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.,Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use production management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
